This is a complimentary assessment with the purchase of a minimum of 10 one hour sessions of personal training which includes:

  • Goal Setting
  • Baseline Measurements: Body Fat %, Lean Mass, Total Body Water, Blood Pressure, Waist Circumference
  • Healthy history review (PAR-Q)
  • Movement Assessment: an important part of the assessment where we look at how you move and where you may have limiting range of motion and muscle imbalances, postural analysis, flexibility testing.
